For those unfamiliar, <IT>rockt! stands as an independent association representing ICT companies and educational institutions across Eastern Switzerland. Their mission? With a robust membership of over 150, the association is dedicated to addressing the skills gap while championing digital transformation within companies. As part of this noble pursuit, they've introduced matchd, a cutting-edge platform designed to facilitate the placement of aspiring tech talents.

But matchd is more than just a platform—it's a gateway for young IT enthusiasts seeking to connect with forward-thinking ICT companies in Eastern Switzerland. By offering internships, trainee positions, and engaging projects, matchd aspires to cultivate the next generation of tech leaders.
